Before you go on ahead and read all the legal jargon, which we recommend, you do. We would just like to express how important it is to us, that you enjoy your shopping experience here at Hooked on Bamboo.
We would like you to fall in love with Bamboo and our on-line store. So we want to make this easy. Although all the legal stuff is there, many can’t be bothered to read it. So here is a quick overview, so you can rest assure you have made a fantastic choice by shopping with us.
If after making a purchase with our online store you decide you made the wrong choice in size, color, quantity or decided you really didn’t need that after all. Simply call us or send an email requesting either to change your order or to cancel. It’s that easy. Provided you do this before your order has been dispatched. We can change or cancel your order and refund your payment.
If after receiving your goods you are not happy with the style, cut, size or color and provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been worn other than tried on, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or full refund minus postage and handling. (This condition does not apply to sale items) The return postage and handling cost will be your responsibility. However, if you decide on an exchange you will not be charged a postage and handling fee.
For the purpose of maintaining a high standard in our product range, we will invite you to state why you are returning your goods.
Please note here that this does not apply to underwear. Any underwear that has been tried on cannot be returned.
If your purchase is faulty contact us straight away either by phone or email and we will dispatch a return paid satchel within 72 hours so you may return the faulty item. Once we receive the item we will send you a replacement or if requested refund your money.

In order to make purchases on this website, you are asked to become a registered user.

Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in neither true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product. Where we become aware of any description errors, we reserve the right to make corrections.
Product Orders
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to keep our price list current however we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Where there has been an error in product pricing due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited and contact you. Where it is discovered that the item you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will endeavour to contact you ASAP. You will have the choice of either cancelling your order or it will be placed on back order.
Postage and Handling
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address & telephone contact. We undertake to take due care with this information; however, in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission, virus, or malware.
Product Returns
If your purchase is faulty contact us straight away either by phone or email and we will dispatch a return paid satchel within 72 hours so you may return the faulty item. Once we receive the item we will send you a replacement or if requested refund your money. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned damaged goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
